WAYLON

IAMS - WAYLON

59% of America’s dogs are overweight. It causes health issues which prevent them from doing what they love, and shortens their lives.

So on Thanksgiving, America’s national day of overeating, IAMS put dog obesity in the spotlight by hijacking the Thanksgiving Day parade. A dog balloon was so overweight it got stuck between two skyscrapers and couldn’t join the others, showing that weight can hold your dog back.

The balloon was based on a real US dog called Waylon, who IAMS helped to lose weight.

Anyone who saw the stuck parade balloon could scan a QR code to meet the dog it was based on: Waylon. A once overweight dog who IAMS helped to get in shape with a tailored diet plan. If he can do it, any dog can.
